How do I track your ticket submitted to support?

To follow up, click the "Enter" option in the upper left corner of the screen.

If you have already sent a ticket and you do not have an account yet, just Click here.

Enter your credentials and click "Sign In".


After connecting, click anywhere on your profile and select the "My activities" option, as shown.


In this screen, you will have access to all your registered tickets in the system and can filter by status.
